1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We maintain strict hygiene standards for our natural personal care products. Therefore, we accept returns only under specific conditions:
- **Return Window:** You must initiate a return request within **7 days** of the delivery date.
- **Condition:** The item must be **unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging**.
- **Proof of Purchase:** A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- **Non-Returnable Items:** Items that have been used, opened, or have damaged seals are **not eligible for return or refund** (see Section 4).
2. How to Initiate a Return
- **Contact Us:** Email our Customer Service team (refer to the Customer Service page for the address) with your **Order Number** and the reason for the return.
- **Approval:** Our team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions if approved.
- **Shipping:** Carefully package the product in its original box and clearly write the RA number on the outer packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- **Inspection:** Once the item is received at our Barrackpore facility, it will be inspected to confirm it is unused and sealed.
3. Refund Processing
- **Approval:** If the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be approved.
- **Refund Method:** The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).
- **Timeline:** Please allow **10-15 business days** for the refund to appear in your account after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
- **Late or Missing Refunds:** If you haven't received a refund after the timeline, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company/bank before contacting Mishti Boutique.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless damaged during shipping).
- Gift cards.
- **Damaged or Incorrect Items:** If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within **48 hours of delivery**. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these specific cases.
