All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our Barrackpore facility.
- **Standard Processing:** Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partner within **1 to 2 business days** (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- **Weekend Orders:** Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
- **Peak Season:** During major sales events or festivals, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.

3. Delivery Estimates and Tracking
- **Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipment):**
- **Local (West Bengal):** 6–7 business days
- **Metro Cities:** 5–7 business days
- **Rest of India:** 11–15 business days
- **Tracking:** Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
- **Note:** Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to unforeseen logistics delays.
4. Shipping Restrictions and Liability
- **International Shipping:** Currently, Mishti Boutique **does not** offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
- **Change of Address:** We cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address once an order has been shipped. Please ensure accuracy during checkout.
- **Lost or Damaged Shipments:** Mishti Boutique is responsible for ensuring the product reaches you safely. If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please refer to our **Customer Service** page for resolution.
